Scottish Borders Council (SBC) recently consulted local residents on the main issues for its next Local Development Plan.  This included asking whether they supported the Campaign for a Scottish Borders National Park proposals which are backed by SCNP and The Association for the Protection of Rural Scotland.  When the results were announced in June, we were delighted to see that nearly 80% of those who expressed an opinion supported the proposed National Park.  You can read all the responses in the Summaries of Responses report – see page 292.
